Hangzhou Linjiang Waste-to-Energy Plant

6X870t/d + 3 x N45MW

Hangzhou Linjiang Waste-to-Energy Plant is mainly responsible for the harmless treatment of waste in Hangzhou, with a daily treatment capacity of 5200 tons. It is the second largest waste-to-energy plant in Asia. The project is a key project in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The land area of the plant is 354 mu, with a gross floor area of more than 130000m2. The main plant covers an area of 53000 M2 (about 80 mu), with a gross floor area of nearly 100000 m2. The width of the main building is 250m and the length is about 220m. The plant adopts advanced equipment, with 6 sets of mechanical grate incinerators which treatment capacity is 870t/d of waste, 3 sets of 45MW condensing steam turbines and 3 sets of 50MW generating units. The flue gas treatment technology adopts "SNCR (selective non catalytic reduction denitrification) + Semi-dry Deacidification + Dry Deacidification + Activated Carbon Spray Adsorption + Bag Filter" +1#GGH(Gas-Gas Heater) + Wet Deacidification +SGH (Steam-Gas Heater) +SCR (selective catalytic reduction denitrification) + 2#GGH”. The treatment capacity of the leachate treatment station is 2000t/d, and the effluent quality meets the discharge standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996) and the local standard of Zhejiang Province (DB33/887-2013). The technology of leachate treatment adopts "、Pretreatment + Anaerobic + Anoxic/Oxic + Membrane Bio-Reactor + Nanofiltration ", and further treatment system is reserved. After the completion of the plant, it will become an important demonstration base for environmental protection education and industrial tourism in Hangzhou. In the plant, we arrange different flow lines for different visitors.
